Client Support Arrangements (COVID-19) – Pinnacle People Solutions

To our valued colleagues, clients and communities,

Pinnacle People Solution staff have returned to our offices at the Armidale Business Centre, with some staff continuing to work from home at least one day per week. We are a registered COVID-safe business, with policies and procedures in place to demonstrate our commitment to keeping our staff, clients and visitors safe.

In order to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we are continuing to hold the bulk of our meetings and site visits via videoconference or telephone. In-person meetings and visits are available at this stage on particular request.

Regionally based small to medium enterprises and not-for-profit enterprises are continuing to find our new normal very challenging.  Do not hesitate to reach out for support – we will be keeping employers and employees informed as things progress and will regularly provide advice and resources via our social media channels and website.

In these uncertain times, we urge our clients, colleagues and communities to continue to act with compassion and care as we navigate how we continue to operate as employers and businesses and take all necessary precautions to protect yourselves and each other.
