CEO and Principal Consultant Bronwyn Pearson founded Pinnacle People Solutions in 2013. Pinnacle People Solutions (PPS) is a boutique Human Resources (HR) consulting company, that provides high-quality, corporate standard HR services to regionally-based, small-to-medium and not-for-profit enterprises. Bronwyn has twenty-five years’ experience providing strategic and operational human resource advice and solutions, both in the public and private sectors.
“My vision for Pinnacle People Solutions from the very beginning was to make a meaningful contribution to the sustainability and growth of regional communities,” Bronwyn said.
“As a regionally-based business ourselves, we recognise the unique challenges faced both by individuals and businesses in small communities and deal with these directly. We become integrated with the business and act as their trusted advisors – not just providing “fly-in, fly-out’ support. Unlike large-scale agencies we adapt our advice and services to the specific needs of each client, taking a wholistic approach to everything we do”, she said.
For Bronwyn, giving back to the community is central to her business vision. In the 2018 financial year, she provided pro bono support valued at more than $90,000 to not-for profit organisations and individuals who would otherwise not be able to afford necessary advice and services. For example, Bronwyn mentors four to six young people annually to assist them with entry into the workforce. Bronwyn also sits on the Board of several local organisations that share her values of integrity and commitment to community. For example, Bronwyn is the current President of the North and Northwest Community Legal Service Board, and a Director on the Board of the New England Conservatorium of Music.
Bronwyn and her dedicated team have achieved major milestones in business over the past year. For example, PPS received NSW-wide Local Government Procurement approved contractor status for the provision of HR services, and have been selected by tender as a preferred HR, Safety and Training supplier for Armidale Regional Council. More recently, they were appointed to support Homes North, the social housing provider for the New England, in scaling to meet the demands of a major Social Housing Management Transfer project, that will take effect in 2019.
Pinnacle People Solutions has grown its client base 900% since its launch in 2013. “We started in Armidale, and now operate across three states, including multiple rural and remote locations, and in 2018 we significantly expanded our service provision into Tamworth. We expect this presence to grow”, Bronwyn said.
“I am privileged to work with an incredible team, and to partner with amazing regional businesses. It has been a wonderful year and we have been growing from strength to strength,” she concluded.
Pinnacle People Solutions were also regional finalists in the Excellence in Small Business category.
