Jessica assists Pinnacle clients with recruitment including CV vetting and screening, interviewing and referee checking. She also develops policies, procedures and contracts for company HR frameworks.
Jessica has both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in the field of psychology, and has complemented her formal knowledge with work experience in a range of people-related fields, including HR. She has been on the Pinnacle People Solutons’ team since the company was founded in 2013.
Jessica is skilled in all aspects of recruitment, from CV vetting and screening to interviewing and referee checking. She also has experience building company frameworks, including policies, procedures, and contracts. Her experience in psychology has also afforded her strong skills in mediation and counselling.
