Pinnacle People Solutions was initially engaged to assist the Hunter Division of House with No Steps with staff recruitment as they were finding the process very time-consuming. Subsequently, House with No Steps engaged Pinnacle People Solutions to conduct team building exercises with their New England North West management team and over the last few years they have provided their Area Manager, Denise Aldridge with executive coaching.
‘We had found the recruitment process from placing advertisements and culling applicants and pre-interviews over the phone extremely time-consuming, so to be able to outsource that was a huge relief for the people in operations,’ said Denise Aldridge.
