Bronwyn partners with Pinnacle clients to help them identify the risks, and maximise the performance of their greatest asset, their people. Assisting businesses to navigate the increasingly complex legal requirements around employment and people management, Bronwyn believes that helping regional businesses meet their obligations as employers & attracting, retaining and developing the right staff, leads to stronger, sustainable communities.
Bronwyn has over twenty years’ experience providing strategic and operational human resource advice and solutions to the public and private sectors, combined with postgraduate qualifications in human resource management and Certified Professional Member status with the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).
Bronwyn is skilled in strategic HR, change management, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, organisational development, policy, negotiation, mediation and specialist recruitment. She is also a highly reputable careers coach with her clients achieving outstanding results.
Annie works with Pinnacle clients to make sure they have the right staff at the right time. She helps Pinnacle clients ensure their legal requirements with contracts and policy documents are being met. She also provides coaching and proactive advice around people management and performance issues.
Annie is an experienced HR professional who has had a diverse career. Since commencing her career over 15 years ago with CSR Ltd within the Personnel Services team, she has forged a strong career working within the construction, manufacturing and financial services and has held senior management roles in local government.
Annie is passionate about delivering a strong strategic and fully integrated approach to workforce management. She is excited about being involved in opportunities that enable change at both a local and national level across a broad range of areas including diversity and inclusion, increased collaboration across industry groups and supporting youth in career development.
Annie is an experienced senior manager who began her professional HR career with CSR Ltd. For the past two decades, she has worked with local government and corporations in human resources, strategy development, and risk management. Her areas of speciality include generalist HR, strategic HR workplace change, succession planning, organisational development, and industrial relations.
HR Project Officer
Jessica assists Pinnacle clients with recruitment including CV vetting and screening, interviewing and referee checking. She also develops policies, procedures and contracts for company HR frameworks.
Jessica is skilled in all aspects of recruitment, from CV vetting and screening to interviewing and referee checking. She also has experience building company frameworks, including policies, procedures, and contracts. Her experience in psychology has also afforded her strong skills in mediation and counselling.

Team Support Assistant
Joshua organises, researches, plans and coordinates Pinnacle People Solutions resources in order to support delivery of our clients’ HR objectives.
Team Support Assistant Joshua Pearson has two years of experience in administrative support, including the provision of research and information to organisations. He is currently undertaking a double Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Politics and International Relations.
Joshua is skilled in organising, researching, planning and coordinating resources in order to achieve organisational and project objectives. He is proficient in a variety of Microsoft-based programs and adept at data entry.
Heather provides a high level of support to our HR consultants and clients by providing support and coordination within the organisation. She assists Pinnacle clients with recruitment including CV vetting and screening, interviewing and referee checking.
Heather has administration experience in financial and Not–for-Profit organisations from her working roles in both Australia and England. She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Human Resources.
Heather possesses excellent organisational and communication skills. She enjoys building relationships with clients.
