Bronwyn partners with Pinnacle clients to help them identify the risks, and maximise the performance of their greatest asset, their people. Assisting businesses to navigate the increasingly complex legal requirements around employment and people management, Bronwyn believes that helping regional businesses meet their obligations as employers & attracting, retaining and developing the right staff, leads to stronger, sustainable communities.
Bronwyn has over twenty years’ experience providing strategic and operational human resource advice and solutions to the public and private sectors, combined with postgraduate qualifications in human resource management and Certified Professional Member status with the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI).
Bronwyn is skilled in strategic HR, change management, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, organisational development, policy, negotiation, mediation and specialist recruitment. She is also a highly reputable careers coach with her clients achieving outstanding results.
HR Project Officer
Jessica assists Pinnacle clients with recruitment including CV vetting and screening, interviewing and referee checking. She also develops policies, procedures and contracts for company HR frameworks.
Jessica is skilled in all aspects of recruitment, from CV vetting and screening to interviewing and referee checking. She also has experience building company frameworks, including policies, procedures, and contracts. Her experience in psychology has also afforded her strong skills in mediation and counselling.
Gretel works closely with PPS clients to deliver high quality, tailored, specialist recruitment solutions that provide great people who are a perfect fit for the role and the client organisation in which they are placed.
Gretel’s career spans more than 15 years’ with experience in Client Account Management, Specialist Recruitment and Executive Search roles across different sectors including finance, government, marketing and IT.
Gretel brings significant relationship building and specialist recruitment skills to her position, working closely with clients to run highly effective recruitment processes and build staffing strategies to attract and retain the right people at different levels to support business success. She has a passion for facilitating that perfect match between candidate and client to ensure that each business reaps the rewards of making a great hire.
